Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide business consulting support to customers and facilitate presales and solution shaping activities
  • Support clients in defining relevant business requirements, designing appropriate processes for HR and finally developing effective configuration solutions
  • Write statement of work and support in the creation of the project plan in cooperation with customer’s internal project manager
  • SuccessFactors subject matter expert in at least the Core module providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
  • Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with the client
  • Support the implementation and take responsibility for the progress of the technical and functional work streams, working closely with HR and HR IT business teams.
  • Act as Team Lead on implementation, motivate, plan and monitor the team’s work
  • Regularly reporting progress and issues to client on both a formal and informal basis identifying any risks and proposing solutions
  • Perform configuration of business requirements in your area of specialization
  • Complete implementation projects within SLA’s and with high levels of customer success from the business process, and with high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships, externally and internally

Requirements: 

  • Priority one: 3 or more years consultancy experience in the HR transformation area, going from HR process and delivery model design to HR system implementation
  • SuccessFactors certification in EC or in one of the BizX module
  • Experience working with SF systems (technical and/or functional knowledge)
  • SuccessFactors project experience (at least two SF implementation – full cycle)
  • Mastery on cloud implementation methodology
  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business HR, Computer Science, information systems or related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of professional standards and attitude to team cooperation

For the new Padua Office opening, Allos Group is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join our team of qualified, dynamic individuals.

We basically work with the major and newest technologies like Amazon Web Services, MongoDB, Hana Cloud etc.

The selected candidate will work in a dynamic people-focused environment where he/she will interact with other developers, other engineering disciplines, Manufacturing team and our customers as a Software Engineer.

– 2+ years of work experience in software design and application development

– Extensive hands-on experience and expertise in object-oriented design methodology and application development using Java/J2EE, Design Patterns, Spring MVC, Web services with sound experience and proven expertise in designing and developing programs

– Extensive hands-on experience in Relational Databases like MySQL, Oracle etc.

– Extensive hands-on experience in HTML5 and CSS

– Experience in developing high performance, highly scalable, database driven consumer web applications

– Good understanding of web services and SOA related standards like REST/OAuth/JSON

Instructional designer

Allos srl cerca un Instructional Designer da inserire nel proprio team. La figura sarà coinvolta nella progettazione didattica di corsi e-learning e materiali didattici in autoistruzione.

In prospettiva il candidato si occuperà:

  • dell’analisi dei bisogni formativi dell’azienda cliente
  • della definizione degli obiettivi dell’intervento formativo
  • della definizione della macrostruttura del corso
  • della scelta del format multimediale (o del mix di format) ritenuto più adatto dati i contenuti da veicolare, il target e l’obiettivo dell’iniziativa
  • della realizzazione degli storyboard (documenti di sceneggiatura)
  • delle attività di debug (verifica che quanto realizzato sia in linea con i documenti progettuali)

Costituisce caratteristica preferenziale l’aver maturato competenze nell’ambito della progettazione di produzioni video (ideazione e realizzazione del soggetto, elaborazione del concept per le animation graphics, scrittura della sceneggiatura, coordinamento degli attori e delle maestranze coinvolti nelle riprese).

Competenze e attitudini richieste:

  • Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto office, in particolare Word e Power Point.
  • Conoscenza di principi e metodi di Instructional Design applicati alla formazione aziendale
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana coniugata con buone capacità espressive e abilità creative (aver frequentato corsi di scrittura creativa o di sceneggiatura costituisce titolo preferenziale, così come la provata capacità di saper scrivere racconti, dialoghi, soggetti)
